Hot Pepper Butter

- 40 peppers (any hotness you like or banana peppers) cleaned seeds removed,Grind (Grind enough peppers to make 4 1/2 cups) shopping list
- 5 cups white sugar shopping list
- 1 quart white vinigar shopping list
- 1 quart mustard shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Boil all of the above together very well.Stir constantly as this will stick bad when cooking.
- Make a paste of 1 1/2 cups flour and 1 pint water.
- Stir this paste into pepper mixture.
- Cook until thick. Put in hot jars and seal or Put in jars and in water bath when water comes to a good boil take out of canner.
