Potato Soup

- 6 - 8 large potatoes shopping list
- 2 cups of milk shopping list
- 1 lb of Velveeta cheese, cubed shopping list
- 1 cup of frozen whole kernel corn shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon parsley flakes shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled shopping list
How to make it
- Peel and cube potatoes. Place in large pot and add corn.
- Boil in enough water to cover. When fork tender, drain off potato water.
- Slightly mash softened potatoes.
- Add milk and cheese, stirring until all cheese is melted. DO NOT BOIL.
- Add crumbled bacon bits and parsley.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with bits of grated cheddar cheese, bacon bits, green onions, etc.
