A saucy savory Filipino dish. Great for your meals. I often cook this because this is very simple but very delicious.
Ingredients
- 2 small fried fish shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 red onion shopping list
- 1 small tomato shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1-2 tablespoon soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce shopping list
- a drop of fish sauce shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- water shopping list
How to make it
- Saute garlic, onion and tomato
- Add the fish
- Add soy, oyster and fish sauce
- Add some water
- Wait to boil
- Cover for 1 minute
- Add egg stir till the egg is scrambled
- Salt and pepper to taste
