Salmon & Eggs

- butter shopping list
- ½ cup onions chopped shopping list
- 1 can Wild Alaska Sockeye salmon 7.5 oz. (Use less salmon if you like more egg in the balance) shopping list
- 4 eggs whipped shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- • Melt the butter in a 10” non-stick fry pan
- • Sauté onion 2 or 3 minutes till translucent but still a bit crisp
- • Flake the salmon and add to the onion to heat it
- • Stir in the egg, salt and pepper and scramble everything.
- • Serve on plates warmed 30 seconds in the microwave
