How to make it

  • • Melt the butter in a 10” non-stick fry pan
  • • Sauté onion 2 or 3 minutes till translucent but still a bit crisp
  • • Flake the salmon and add to the onion to heat it
  • • Stir in the egg, salt and pepper and scramble everything.
  • • Serve on plates warmed 30 seconds in the microwave
