7 Hour Pork Shoulder

- 5lb.pork shoulder bone in shopping list
- 4oz season salt shopping list
- 4oz pepper shopping list
- 3 large white onions shopping list
- 16 potato flour rolls shopping list
- 1 can dark beer(yuengling) 16 ounces shopping list
- head of garlic thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 pound of your favorite coleslaw shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven at 500 degress for 15 minutes
- puncture pork and put in garlic slices
- rub pork with salt and pepper
- put in oven for 1 hour at 500 degrees
- turn oven to 250 after 1 hour
- add beer after 2 hours
- cut onions in half and put under neath pork, skin and all ,propping up pork,after 3 hours,
- when 7 hours are completed remove roasting pan and pull meat meat off with 2 forks and put in bowl. poor over fat drippings and beer and thorougly mix
- assemble sandwiches,pork piece of the onion and ounce of cole slaw
