Ingredients
  • 1 kilo pork cut into cubes
  • 3 gloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 pinch pepper or peppercorns
  • salt to taste (optional)
  • 1 small can pineapple tidbits (optional)

Directions
  1. Mix all the ingredients, cook for 30 to 50 mins. or until tender...
