Breakfast Hash Brown Reubens Recipe

How to make it

  • Place hash browns on a cookie sheet that is greased
  • Spread butter on potatoes
  • Top with beef
  • In a bowl mix sauerkraut, sugar, and applesauce
  • Spoon over beef
  • Top with salad dressing and cheese
  • Bake 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes
