  • COVER LAMB CHOPS IN APPLE JUICE, AND ADD ROSEMARY LET MARINADE ALL DAY
  • PREHEAT GRILL TO 350
  • PLACE LAMB CHOPS AWAY FROM HEAT FOR 35 MINUTES
  • TURN GRILL TO FULL BLAST AND SEAR LAMB CHOPS FOR 5 MINUTES TURNING ONCE

    Sounds simply,but doable.
    The only things I would change is to incorporate fresh 'dew of the sea' instead of the dry,and applejack juice.
    Other then that,I like my lamb crispy on the outside and rare on the inside.
