Oysters Daffy, Aphrodisiac

this is my wifes favorite appetizer,i make the ice cubes in large quantities and keep on hand,works well for clams too, i got this off an old emiril lagasse show''how to boil water'' and adapted it
Ingredients
- 24 oysters shopping list
- 16 oz v 8 juice shopping list
- juice of 2 lemons and zest shopping list
- 1 oz worcester shopping list
- 1 oz tobasco shopping list
- 2 oz pepper vodka shopping list
How to make it
- combine and mix all ingedients but oysters,pour into ice cube trays 1/2 way filling and freeze 1 hour till slushy
- shuck oysters and spoon in one slush ice cube on top of each oyster
- serve on bed of ice with a bloody mary!
