How to make it

  • Mix flour, beking powder, salt, sugar and eggs togather.
  • Put canned pineapples [with syrup] in food processor and make puree.
  • Add pineapple puree and vanilla to the mixture and mix well.
  • Pour mixture in a ring cake pan and bake in a preheated oven [180C -356F] for ~45 minutes.
  • You can apply glaze on the top make from caster sugar and milk.
