How to make it

  • Add semolina to a pot, ghee, mix and heat under medium heat for about 5 minutes. Pour into a bowl.
  • To the same empty pot, ass water, sugar and saffron. Heat until sugar melts and it starts bubbling a little. Turn off the heat.
  • Mix in semolina, crushed cashews, cover and leave for 1 hour.
  • Mix in cardamom and form ladoos of ball shape. Decorate with a raisin or cashew nut.
