Pineapple Pudding

- 225g canned pineapple slices shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 150ml milk shopping list
- 100g white sugar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder shopping list
- 3 cloves shopping list
How to make it
- Arrange pineapple slices on a greased baking tray.
- Whisk eggs with milk and sugar, pour over pineapples.
- Dust with cinnamon powder and add cloves.
- Put the tray into another tray with water
- Bake in a preheated oven [160C - 360F ] for about 45 minutes.
