How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Crust: Mix flour and sugar together. Add to softened butter and mix together. Press into 9X13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  • Prepare filling by combining both packages of cream cheese with sugar, eggs and vanilla. Get all the lumps out. Spread filling completely over crust, after crust has cooled for 15-20 minutes.
  • Topping: Lay pears neatly but randomly over filling. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes to finish. Chill and cut into squares to serve.
