Obx Shrimp Salad

Serve as a salad, as an entree or may be served with toothpicks as an hors d’oeuvre, on a bed of lettuce. It’s your decision.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup mustard (Dijon or Creole) shopping list
- 1 bell pepper, diced shopping list
- ¾ cup safflower oil shopping list
- 3 green onions, chopped shopping list
- ¼ cup catsup shopping list
- ½ cup vinegar shopping list
- hot pepper sauce to taste shopping list
- 2 to 3 pounds cooked shelled shrimp shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 7 of the ingredients and chill.
- Serve as a salad, as an entree or may be served with toothpicks as a hors d’oeuvre, on a bed of lettuce. It’s your decision.
- I like to sauté the shrimp with a hint of my Seafood Seasoning Recipe.
