Comfort Real (KFC Chicken Burger) Patty

This homemade KFC chicken petty. You can make Nuggets as well with this martial. Hope you will like it. Its really very tasty kids will love it. Please try once & let me know.
Ingredients
- chicken Meance – 500gm shopping list
- Burger bread Crums 200gms shopping list
- onion Meance (Fully Dried)-300gms shopping list
- Green Chilli Finaly (Choped) 2-3. shopping list
- salt – ½ tsp shopping list
- msg (Chinese salt) – 2 tbsp shopping list
- ginger powder – 1 tsp shopping list
- garlic Powder – 2 tsp shopping list
- white pepper powder Or National black pepper Powder 2tbsp shopping list
- mustard powder (Rosemore)– 1 tbsp shopping list
- soy sauce (Shingrela) 10ml shopping list
- eggs Whiteness-2 shopping list
- ghee (Not oil) 2tbs shopping list
- oil 100ml shopping list
How to make it
- Well Mix all the ingredients Marinade for 15minutes. Shape it as Petty. Apply egg on both sides. Preheat a lightly oiled pan. Fry Patties over medium heat, turning until golden brown.
- You can make Nuggets as well with this martial.
- Preheat oil to frying temperature (180°C). Deep fry Nuggets for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
- You can freeze patties as well.
