How to make it

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter, and add the shallots, ham, and garlic; cook on medium high heat, stirring often until shallots are translucent and ham is a bit browned. Now add the stock and bring all to a boil.
  • Add pasta and toss. add artichokes and heat them through. When everything is hot.--i had to put a lid on the dish to get the 'chokes hot and I added a bit more stock into the pan.-- ok, when it is perfectly heated, sprinkle the parmesan and olives, toss together and serve!
