How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients except pecans in top of double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is
  • smooth. Remove from heat; stir in 1/2 cup pecans.
  • Quickly spread mixture into a lightly greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan; sprinkle with remaining pecans. Chill until firm; cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
