Comfort Fried Gram Lentils

- 1. Boiled Gram Pulses – 250gm shopping list
- 2. oil – 1/2 cup shopping list
- 3. onion – 1 chopped shopping list
- 4. cumin seeds – 1 tsp shopping list
- 5. Whole dry red chili – 5 shopping list
- 6. ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp shopping list
- 7. Chopped tomato – 1 shopping list
- 8. green chili – 3 shopping list
- 9. Chopped ginger – 1 tsp shopping list
- 10. salt – to taste shopping list
- 11. turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp shopping list
- 12. red chili powder – 1 tsp shopping list
- 13. coriander powder – 1 tsp shopping list
- 14. garam masala powder – 1 tsp shopping list
- 15. ginger flaks, green chili and fresh coriander – for garnishing shopping list
How to make it
- Take a pan, add oil and fry onion until light golden, then add ginger garlic paste, whole red chilli and cumin seeds, and fry for 1 minute. Then add chopped tomato, green chilli, chopped ginger, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder and fry well. Now add boiled Pulses and cook on low heat about 7 to 8 minutes. When it’s done, garnish with green chilli, fresh coriander and ginger flaks.
