How to make it

  • Take a pan, add oil and fry onion until light golden, then add ginger garlic paste, whole red chilli and cumin seeds, and fry for 1 minute. Then add chopped tomato, green chilli, chopped ginger, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder and fry well. Now add boiled Pulses and cook on low heat about 7 to 8 minutes. When it’s done, garnish with green chilli, fresh coriander and ginger flaks.
