Vanilla Cake With Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
- For vanilla cake: shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 2 cup flour shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 Tbsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- Frosting: shopping list
- 1/4th cup butter shopping list
- 2 cup cream cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup unsweetend cocoa shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1 package digestive biscuit or any other tea biscuit shopping list
- 200ml sweetened condensed milk shopping list
How to make it
- To make cake:
- 1) Beat together egg, sugar, oil and vanilla
- 2) Mix dry ingredients and add to the egg mix including milk.
- 3) Pour it on baking pan and bake at 180 Centigrade/350 Fahrenheit for 35min.
- 4) While cake is baking prepare frosting. Mix all the chocolate frosting ingredients together until it becomes creamy.
- 5) Frost cooled cake
- 6) Top with mixture of biscuit and sweet condensed milk or simply just use powdered sugar
