Roasted Marjoram And Balsamic Cauliflower

                    - 1 medium head cauliflower, broken or cut into florets shopping list
- 1 cup baby carrots shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram shopping list
- salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Combine cauliflower florets, carrots, olive oil, marjoram and s & p in large bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer to rimmed baking sheet (to save on cleanup, line the sheet with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray). Roast for 15-20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with balsamic and stir. Return to oven and continue to roast approximately 10 more minutes, stirring several times.
- Don't worry - the dark areas that form are not burnt. Just caramelization which adds to the flavor!
