Chickpea Almond Frosting

- 3/4 cup well cooked chickpeas shopping list
- 1 tbsp dark brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tbsp unsweetened almond butter shopping list
- 1/2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 tbsp cornstarch shopping list
- pinch salt shopping list
How to make it
- Place chickpeas, brown sugar, almond butter and vanilla in a food processor and puree.
- Sift in the powdered sugar and cornstarch, and add the salt.
- Run the processor until completely smooth.
- Scrape into a bowl and chill.
- Beat again before spreading.
