Mexican Chicken Mac N' Cheese

- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 # rotini or elbow pasta of your choice shopping list
- 1 16 oz. box box Velveeta cheese, cubed shopping list
- 1 can Rotelle tomatoes w/green chilies shopping list
- 1/2 c. milk shopping list
How to make it
- Boil chicken breasts until meat thermometer reads 165 degrees. Shred in food processor or by hand.
- COOK pasta as directed for al dente. Drain.
- MICROWAVE VELVEETA and tomatoes in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is melted, stirring half way through. Stir in milk and chicken.
- ADD pasta to cheese sauce to coat. Serve.
