How to make it

  • *SPAGHETTI SAUCE*
  • In a large heated pot with olive oil, add finely chopped onions. When halfway done, add minced garlic. Cook until browned.
  • Add tomato paste and mix well. Then add crushed tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, basil and Italian herbs. Mix well. Cook on low heat.
  • *MEATBALLS*
  • In large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper; mix(with hands) lightly but thoroughly. Shape mixture into meatballs
  • Soak a large nonstick skillet with cooking oil. Brown meatballs 6 to 8 minutes or until no longer pink, turning occasionally.
  • Add meatballs to spaghetti sauce. reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve meatballs and sauce over cooked pasta with parmesan cheese grated on top.
