Apple Pear Cobbler Bread Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • grease square pan
  • preheat oven to 350
  • cream butter and sugar
  • incorporate eggs
  • mix flour, baking soda, and spices
  • add dry ingredients to wet ingredients
  • spread half of the dough into bottom of pan
  • add even layer of diced fruit
  • top with another dough layer. i usually work the dough in small sections creating more of a patchwork top.
  • bake for 30 min
