How to make it

  • In some oil saute the onion, ginger and garlic till softened
  • Stir in the carrots and celery
  • Add remaining ingredients
  • Bring to a boil
  • Cover and simmer until lentils are tender
  • Correct seasonings
  • Serve hot
  • Note:
  • Cool and store covered refrigerated a day or so to blend flavors even more.
