Penne With Feta N Spinach Sauce

- A packet of penne or any small pasta of ur choice shopping list
- 400 gm of feta cheese shopping list
- 200 ml milk ( the recipe says goat's milk but any kind of milk available in your fridge will do ) shopping list
- 2-3 cloves of garlic minced ( use as per ur taste i love garlic so i use more ) shopping list
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes ( if not available pls feel free to use sun dried tomatoes) shopping list
- 200 gm fresh clean spinach shopping list
- salt n pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 tsp of dry thyme shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of oregano shopping list
- 2 tbsp of olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Boil the pasta as per instruction of Al - Dente !!!
- While pasta is boiling heat up a pan add olive oil and add feta cheese it immediately start to melt as the oil is hot stir for 2 minutes do not let the feta melt completely now add garlic and add milk stir adding thyme n oregano ....let milk get one boil then add spinach roughly chopped ( i just break them with my hands ) cook for next 2 minutes where u can see spinach had blend well with the sauce now add tomatoes n black pepper to taste
- I didn't use salt in this recipe as the feta cheese was by itself salty .... now add pasta directly from the pot which ur boiling it if a little water from pasta adds in to sauce its good as some starch of pasta will help sauce to thicken up a little ...add few of pasta from the pot drain rest of the water and add the remaining pasta to the sauce .. mix well and
