Ingredients
  • 3/4lb ground beef - extra lean
  • 1cup crackers - saltines (crushed)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 onion (chopped)

Directions
  1. Mix together all ingredients well
  2. put mixture into a bread pan
  3. bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
  4. enjoy!

Mmm Meatloaf. Have you ever tried adding different veggies to the loaf? I like adding corn to the mix, and topping it with Mesquite BBQ. :) Always reminds me of my mom's cooking.


I like it with tomato sauce. Or celery, onion mixed in and then with cheese and asparagus in the middle!!
It's amazing what you can do with plain old meatloaf.

Yeah. It actually is really simple.. Not a lot of steps or anything. My boyfriend loves it too, I'm sure it will be a hit. I love it too.
