Breadmaker Dinner Rolls Recipe

How to make it

  • Put the above ingredients in the bread maker in the order listed.
  • Use the dough setting on your bread machine.
  • When the dough is done turn it out on a lightly floured surface, pull small pieces, about the size of golf balls and put them into a greased pan (I use two 9 inch cake pans) leaving a little space between them. I end up with 8 in each pan.
  • cover pans with plastic wrap and set in a draft free warm place for approximately 40 min or until the dough has doubled.
  • Remove plastic wrap and Bake in a 375 degree oven for 13 minutes.
  • Makes approx 16 rolls

    Perfect dinner roll...Okie
    Now,now,don't get your feathers in a ruffle...I was born and raised in Oklahoma,will get back to that good 'Red Earth' someday.
