How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  • Slice apples and place in a bowl. Add sugar and cinnamon to taste.
  • Mix apples until well coated with sugar and cinnamon. Spray the bottom of the pie plate with cooking spray enough so the crust won't stick. Next place the pie crust in the bottom of the pie plate. Add the apples to the pie plate and cranberries. This should be a heaping pile of apples and cranberries. Take the second pie crust and place on top and crimp the edges. Take a knife and ventilate the top with about 4 or 5 slits. Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes. The crust will be a golden brown and the apples should be cooked. You can serve it warm with a dollop of whip cream or vanilla ice cream.
