How to make it
- Half bok choy lengthwise and wash thoroughly, there is always sand hiding between the stalks. Heat oil in a wide pan, saute garlic and ginger for a minute or two. Add bok choy, with some water still clinging to the leaves and braise, on medium heat for 4 - 5 minutes. Add soy sauce and cook some more, until the sauce start clinging to the stalks. Put into serving dish and drizzle with the sauce from the pan.
