How to make it
- Combine flours, yeast, salt, sugar and oregano in a bowl.
- Mix in water and oil until dough leaves sides of bowl.
- Turn out and knead on a lightly floured surface for 5 to 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll out into a 12” circle and place on a greased pizza pan. Proceed with your favourite recipe.
