The Ultimate Artichoke Dip

- 1 can(14 oz) artichoke hearts in water, I used Reese's shopping list
- 1 can(7.75 oz) Heart of Palm in water, I used Reese's shopping list
- 1 med onion, chopped, I used a sweet onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise, I used light Hellmann's Mayo shopping list
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, dry powder kind* shopping list
- 1/2 cup swiss cheese, shredded shopping list
- garlic powder, to taste-can use a clove of chopped fresh garlic shopping list
- cracked black pepper, to taste shopping list
- *the dry cheese keeps it from becoming to oily. shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Chop artichoke hearts.
- 3. Slice heart of palm into rounds. If really large, split down the middle.
- 4, Add all artichoke hearts, Hearts of palm, chopped onion and sundried tomatoes to a bowl. Mix well.
- 5. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well again.
- 6. Fold into pan. You can use a small or large pan, it depends on how thick you want your dip to be. I like a larger pan because it makes more servings.
- 7. Bake at 350 degrees until and bubbly, and brown on top. About 25 minutes.
