Berry Mocha Fudge

- 1/4 pound butter shopping list
- 12 ounces evaporated milk shopping list
- 3-1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee shopping list
- 10 ounces raspberry chocolate chips shopping list
- 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate shopping list
- 7 ounces marshmallow cream shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- In heavy saucepan melt butter.
- Add evaporated milk, sugar and coffee.
- Bring to a rolling boil stirring constantly until temperature reaches 235 on candy thermometer.
- Remove from heat and add chips and the bittersweet chocolate stirring until melted.
- Add marshmallow cream and stir until mixed in.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Pour into lightly greased rectangular pan.
- Cut into squares when cool.
