How to make it

  • In heavy saucepan melt butter.
  • Add evaporated milk, sugar and coffee.
  • Bring to a rolling boil stirring constantly until temperature reaches 235 on candy thermometer.
  • Remove from heat and add chips and the bittersweet chocolate stirring until melted.
  • Add marshmallow cream and stir until mixed in.
  • Stir in vanilla.
  • Pour into lightly greased rectangular pan.
  • Cut into squares when cool.

    This sounds sooooo good! I've seen the raspberry chips during the holidays but have never used them. This will give me a good reason to try this. Thanks!

    I had trouble finding them as well. They are very good. I found them at Albertsons.
