- 1 cup TruRoots Sprouted bean Trio shopping list
- 1 small red bell pepper, peeled, seeded and finely diced shopping list
- 1/2 finely diced red onion (or shallot), chopped shopping list
- ¼ cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh sage shopping list
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar shopping list
- fresh lemon juice, to taste shopping list
- sea salt, ground black pepper and sugar, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cook beans according to package directions. Drain well.
- Combine warm beans, bell pepper, red onion, herbs, oil, vinegar, menon juice and seasonings in a medium bowl. Toss well. Cool to room temperature before serving.
