Easiest Fried Rice

- 2 cups cooked cold basmati rice shopping list
- 1 cup frozen mix vegetables shopping list
- 1 medium onion..roughly chopped shopping list
- 2 tablespoon margarine shopping list
- 1 teaspoon mix dry herbs shopping list
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- in a large pan melt the margarine
- add the onion and stir for 1 minutes add the frozen vegetables, and stir for 5 minutes
- add the rice and mix well, stirring constantly
- add the dry herbs and garlic powder
- season with pepper and salt to taste
- (you can also add chopped fried eggs or a 1/2 can of well drain chick peas)
- enjoy
