How to make it

  • in a large pan melt the margarine
  • add the onion and stir for 1 minutes add the frozen vegetables, and stir for 5 minutes
  • add the rice and mix well, stirring constantly
  • add the dry herbs and garlic powder
  • season with pepper and salt to taste
  • (you can also add chopped fried eggs or a 1/2 can of well drain chick peas)
  • enjoy
