How to make it

  • Melt butter in skillet over med heat
  • sprinkle in garlic powder
  • add spinach (here, I zest half the lemon in for added lemon tart) and cover til wilted to preference
  • Squeeze lemon over and mix (adjust lemon to level of tartness you prefer)
  • Plate and top with lemon slice and sliced almonds

    Looks delicious! I think the addition of garlic and almonds would put a nice different spin on it from my normal lemon and butter.

    Love fresh spinach Mr P...we usually add some lemon juice..but this sounds wonderful!!! I'll bet the almonds are a great addition..crunchy:) Thanks for the very nice "spinach" post!
