How to make it
- Preheat broiler. Spread out the seafood on a large broiler-proof dish/pan. Sprinkle salt, garlic salt and pepper generously over the seafood and then pour melted butter over it. Evenly spread sprigs of fresh rosemary and the sliced lemon around the seafood. Broil for 10 minutes.
