Easy Chicken Tetrazzini Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 to 8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
  • 2 to 3 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 cup dairy sour cream
  • Additional Parmesan cheese, optional

Directions
  1. Cook spaghetti.
  2. Combine spaghetti, cooked chiken, mushrooms soup, 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese and mushrooms; mix well.
  3. Stir in sour cream.
  4. Transfer spaghetti mixture to a greased 2 quart baking dish.
  5. Bake 350^F. for 30 minutes.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.

I made this last night and it was incredible, very easy, only took about 20 mins. to prep for and the 30 min. cook time was awesome!! Very, very good and satisfying. Thanks for the delicous meal!!!!!


I just tried this...my first casserole-type dish! But since there's no condensed cream of mushroom soup here (Italy), I found a recipe for a substitute, which I will post in case anybody is interested. It came out well! I also added some breadcrumbs. Thanks for the recipe!
