Easy Chicken Tetrazzini Recipe

How to make it

  • Cook spaghetti.
  • Combine spaghetti, cooked chiken, mushrooms soup, 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese and mushrooms; mix well.
  • Stir in sour cream.
  • Transfer spaghetti mixture to a greased 2 quart baking dish.
  • Bake 350^F. for 30 minutes.
  • Before serving, sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.

    this was delicious!! I have made Baked Chicken Tetrazzini over the years, trying different recipes. I always find that the easier, simpler ones taste better. I altered this a bit, since I doubled the recipe, I also added a can of Cream of Chicken soup as well, and also a can of milk. I had also had half a jar of leftover Alfredo sauce in a jar that I figured I'd add. I also added bread crumbs before baking, as I always have bread crumbs on my Chick. Tetrzz. It was one of them most delicious and creamy, and flavorful recipes I've done yet!! YUMMY!! Thanks for sharing!! :o)

    I just tried this...my first casserole-type dish! But since there's no condensed cream of mushroom soup here (Italy), I found a recipe for a substitute, which I will post in case anybody is interested. It came out well! I also added some breadcrumbs. Thanks for the recipe!
