Baby Bokchoi And Avocado Salad

- Dressing: shopping list
- olive oil 1/2 cup(2 T.) shopping list
- rice vinegar 1/4 cup shopping list
- white sugar 1/3 cup (I will cut back next time) shopping list
- 3 T. soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated finely shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil shopping list
- 1 tsp. sriracha (I doubled) shopping list
- Combine all in a small jar, and shake well. Let "marry flavors" an hour or 2. shopping list
- 6 baby bok choi s, slice in half lengthwise ( lightly steamed broccoli will sub well) shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons red onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 avocados , diced shopping list
- 1/2 cup cashews (I omitted) shopping list
- 2 T. sesame seeds, black and white In a 350 degree oven, toast the nuts and seeds, checking and stirring every 4 minutes. ( I heated the oven to 370, and the sesame seeds were crisiped after about 8 minutes. shopping list
