Homemade Syrup Recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. of maple flavoring

3 tbsp. of butter (optional)

2 c. of water

1 c. of granulated sugar

2 c.of dark corn syrup

1/4 tsp. of salt

Directions

Begin by adding the first four ingredients in a medium pan over medium flame.

Then you will want to stir this often, letting the mixture comes to a boil;

You want to let it boil for approx. 7 min.

Next turn the flame off and let the syrup cool for approx. 15 min.

Then you can add the maple flavoring and stir.

Cool.

Store in a plastic container.
