This is excellent on a winter day, it is so quick to make. On a side note, I cook up 10lbs of hamburger at a time and drain it and then freeze it in freezer bags, I would get about 10 bags out of 10 lbs of hamburger. Read more When I want to make this I just grab a bag of hamburger out of the freezer, microwave for about 5 minutes. Then the hamburger is done, all you have to is mix up the rest it really cuts down on the make up time. See less
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb hamburg shopping list
- 1 tin corn or frozen corn shopping list
- 1 onion (small) shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- mashed potatoes shopping list
How to make it
- Cook Hamburg with onion, then add corn and mushroom soup place on the bottom of a casserole dish and place mashed potatoes on top. Bake 350 for 20-30 minutes or until well heated through.
