How to make it

  • peel and core apples slice thinly peel bananas and slice thinly
  • put bananas and apples in pan with lemon juice and heat gently
  • put egg yokes in another pan with the sugar milk water and cornflour
  • heat gently stirring until smooth
  • place warmed apple and bananas in baking dish pour over egg mixture
  • beat egg whites until stiff then spoon over top
  • bake in preheated oven 220 c or 425 f 5 to 10 min until top is
  • crisp
