Cream Of Mushroom And Lobster Soup

                    - 1/2 cup butter or quality margarine shopping list
- 8-10 cups thinly sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 4 cups water shopping list
- 2 cups cream or 2 cups half-and-half shopping list
- 2 cups sour cream shopping list
- 10 oz of lobster stock or use lobster Bullion and mix with water shopping list
- OR use chicken stock shopping list
- Optional: Chopped cooked lobster shopping list
- Garnish: 1/2 cup chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it 
                    - In a large soup or stock pot, melt butter or margarine over medium heat; Add mushrooms and onion and saute until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Sprinkle the flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg over vegetables; stir to blend well.
- Whisk, in water, cream sour cream and lobster stock
- Bring to a boil, whisk till thickened
- Stir in cooked lobster meat if using
- Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes
- Serve and sprinkle on parsley
