Bread Pudding With Mixed Berry Pie Filling

- 1 pound french or sour dough bread (8 cups) shopping list
- 1 quart milk shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup organic brown rice syrup OR 1 1/2 cups white sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 can pie filling shopping list
How to make it
- cut bread in half then lengthwise then cube
- place bread in large bowl
- pour milk over bread
- mix pie filling through
- let stand 15 minutes
- beat eggs, sweetener and vanilla
- add to bread mixture
- pour into buttered or sprayed 9X13
- bake at 325 for 55 minutes
- let stand 15 minutes
- serve alone or with whipped cream
