Japanese Ebi

- 15 pieces tiger prawns shopping list
- 2 teaspoons Kikkoman soy sauce shopping list
- 3/4 to 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic shopping list
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Cut prawns into three parts, separating the head, body and tail See Photo. (I prefer not to use the head).
- 2. Saute garlic in butter until golden brown. See Photo
- 3. Add in the soy sauce, salt and pepper. Flavor to taste as needed.
- 4. Add in your prawn parts and stir fry for about 7-10 minutes or until cooked.
