How to make it

  • 1. Cut prawns into three parts, separating the head, body and tail See Photo. (I prefer not to use the head).
  • 2. Saute garlic in butter until golden brown. See Photo
  • 3. Add in the soy sauce, salt and pepper. Flavor to taste as needed.
  • 4. Add in your prawn parts and stir fry for about 7-10 minutes or until cooked.
