24 Hour Layered Green Salad

- 1 lb. iceberg lettuce shopping list
- 1/2 c. green onions shopping list
- 1 8 oz. can water chestnuts shopping list
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen peas shopping list
- 2 c. mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tsp. sugar shopping list
- 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 to 3/4 lb. bacon shopping list
- 3 hard boiled eggs shopping list
- tomatoes shopping list
How to make it
- Shred lettuce and put in 4 quart shallow serving dish.
- Top with green onions and water chestnuts.
- Break apart frozen peas.
- Spread mayonnaise evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle sugar, Parmesan cheese, salt, and garlic powder.
- Cover and chill 24 hours.
- Just before serving, sprinkle with bacon and egg.
- Place tomato wedges around salad.
