How to make it

  • Boil the water for the pasta.
  • Heat the oven to 400. in a baking dish lay the halved grape tomatoes flesh side up and roast for 15 minutes.
  • In a pan, add 2 tbs of F. Olivers Garden Fresh Gremolata extra virgin olive oil and heat on medium high. Add the chicken and cook thoroughly.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, shred the chicken and let rest.
  • In the same pan, deglaze the pan with the butter, 4 tbs of olive oil, and heavy cream.
  • Add the shredded chicken back to the pan and simmer the sauce until it thickens slightly. Once thickened, set the heat to low.
  • Drain the Fettuccine, and remove the roasted tomatoes.
  • In a serving bowl, place the Fettuccine, and top with the tomatoes, sauce with chicken, and feta cheese.
  • Toss, serve, and enjoy!
