How to make it

  • Saute or micro cook the chopped onions and bell peppers till soft
  • Pour hot liquid over the vegetable protein, stir, cover let stand 5 minutes to soften in a pot
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Reheat, correct seasoning
  • Serve with sliced avocado and tomato salad and a side of cornbread if desired
  • Note: add spices and herbs as you like.
