How to make it

  • Wash cabbage and dry
  • Slice bigger leaves lengthwise and then slice into slaw sized, thin pieces. Chop the rest into slaw sized pieces, set aside.
  • Press garlic through a garlic press or chop very finely, put into small bowl.
  • Add sugar and salt to garlic and grind to a smooth paste adding oil and lemon juice alternately.
  • Toss the Napa Cabbage in the resulting dressing.
  • Who's scared of vampires? NOT YOU!
