How to make it

  • In a small bowl; combine honey, sesame seeds, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and garlic. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl; whisk together egg whites and cornstarch. Add chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  • In a large skillet; heat 1 tablespoon (15 ml) oil over medium-high heat. Add half the cubed chicken. Cook, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through, for 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Transfer chicken to plate; repeat with remaining oil and chicken.
  • Return all chicken to skillet. Add cooked broccoli, honey mixture and gently toss.
  • Serve with rice.
